On 8 April, Paul Leonardi gave a very interesting talk in the Organizational Design Forum (jointly with the Elite programme) on the topic of ‘Better People Analytics: Measure Who They Know, Not Just Who They Are’.
The talk was followed by a perspectivation by Head of Department Jacob Eskildsen and a Q&A session.
