Thursday, 8 February at 11:00 in 2628-M303, Associate Professor Gastón Ares from Universidad de la República, Uruguay,  will give a presentation entitled

Sensory and consumer science research for healthier food product development, reformulation and choice

 

Gastón Ares will present examples of his research, e.g. on strategies to reduce salt and sugar in new food product development based on consumer acceptance studies, and consumer food choice in dependence of package claims or FOP labelling policy.
