Business and Social Sciences will be with every step of the way and will, among other things, talk about topics such as food safety, equality and how we avoid over-indebtedness. Representatives from the Centre for Research on Customer Relations in the Food Sector (MAPP) will also be present to talk about their latest research and methods, which reveal what consumers are influenced by when they are buying their food.

Tanja Jørgensen, Associate Professor, will also talk about how over-indebtedness has become one of the greatest challenges in Europe today. The presentation aims at how the law can prevent consumers from becoming over-indebted.
