A group of researchers at the Department of Management have made contributions to a book on pragmatic constructivism. The book is recently published by Routledge.
The book 'A Philosophy of Management Accounting - A Pragmatic Constructivist Approach' introduces pragmatic constructivism as a paradigm for understanding actors’ construction of functioning practice and for developing methods and concepts for managing and observing that practice. It provides concepts and ideas for studies regarding actors and their use of management accounting models in their construction of organised reality.
The book is edited by Professor Hanne Nørreklit from the Department of Management.
