Full professorships in the fields of Marketing and Corporate Communication were advertised in the Spring, and we are happy to announce that Chris Ellegaard has been appointed full professor in Marketing, and that Irene Pollach, Christa Thomsen, Anne Ellerup Nielsen and Winni Johansen have been appointed full professors in Corporate Communication.

Chris has been a professor at the department since 2014 and is head of the B2B Marketing group in the Marketing section. His research deals with topics such as buyer-supplier relationship management, supplier resource mobilisation, boundary spanning actions and practices, and supply risk management.

Irene has a broad-based interest in the intersection of management and communication. Her current research focuses on the mutual influence of organisations and the news media, specifically on the influence of corporations on financial news and the influence of news media on CSR.

Christa’s research is within the areas strategic/corporate social responsibility communication and cross-sector social interactions. Rooted in this theoretical field, she has investigated internal and external communication practices, strategising, branding and reporting in large companies as well as in small and medium-sized enterprises.

Anne’s research is defined within CSR, sustainability, reporting and stakeholder communication adopted in small and medium sized as well as large companies and in public and non-profit organisations.

Winni’s special research interests lie within reputation management, crisis management and crisis communication.

Congratulations to all our new professors!
