Who we are

Information Systems Research Group (ISRG) is a group of researchers based at Aarhus BSS who carry out information systems research in the borderland between innovation, information technology and organisations.

Members contribute to information system research by applying theoretical perspectives from social and organisation theory to empirical studies of development and organisational implementation and use of digital technology.

What we do

The research, which spans a wide range of empirical and theoretical perspectives, is process-oriented, focusing on activities within an organizational context. The research is based on engaged scholarship, collaborating with people in- and outside academia for the mutual benefit of knowledge sharing and helping to solve real-world problems, contributing to the public good.

Current Research Projects

The research has been published in a wide variety of academic and practitioner-oriented outlets, including European Journal of Information Systems, Database for Advances in Information Systems, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Information Technology & People, Information Systems Journal, Government Information Quarterly, and International Journal of Project Management.
