At the International Food Marketing Research Symposium which this year took place in Bournemouth, UK, 13-14 June, Pernille N. Videbæk and Klaus G. Grunert from the MAPP Centre received a best paper award for their article “From disgusting to delicious: Overcoming barriers to entomophagy among Danish consumers”.
