Charles C. Snow

Charles C. Snow is Professor Emeritus of Business Administration and a native Californian who has been at Penn State since 1974. During his career, he has taught students and executives in the United States and in more than 25 countries in Europe, Asia, and South America. He has been a visiting professor at The Amos Tuck School (Dartmouth College), Norwegian School of Management, and University of Oregon. Currently, he is a Professorial Fellow at the University of Melbourne and a Visiting Researcher at the Interdisciplinary Center for Organizational Architecture at the University of Aarhus, Denmark. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Management and is listed in theWho's Who in the Management SciencesGreat Writers on Organizations, and The IEBM Handbook of Management Thinking. Charles is also a Velux Visiting Professor at ICOA.

George Huber

George Huber

George P. Huber holds the Charles and Elizabeth Prothro Regents Chair Emeritus in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin and is an Endowed Research Fellow at the IC2 Institute. His research focuses on organizational learning and change and on managerial, group, and organizational decision making. Dr. Huber is a Fellow of the Academy of Management and of the Decision Sciences Institute and is a charter member of the Academy of Management Journals Hall of Fame. George is also a MINDLab Visiting Professor at ICOA.

Anestis is currently a visiting student at ICOA as part of his master studies in Development and International Relations/Chinese Area Studies at Aalborg University. He holds a Bachelor degree in International and European Political and Economic Studies as well as, a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Pavel Král

Pavel Král is an assistant professor from Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Prague who was visiting the department from 1 September 2017 to 31 January 2018. His background is both in management and sport and his original research field has been sport management. Pavel’s other research interests cover organisational design, organisational change, and human resource management. During and after his PhD studies, he was a visiting scholar at Griffith University, Australia.

Her research interests are Group and Organisational Learning, Innovation, Productivity, Knowledge Transfer, Organisational Memory, Social Identity, and Group Processes and Performance.

Takao Kato

Takao Kato

Takao Kato is W.S. Schupf Professor of Economics and Far Eastern Studies at Colgate University. He is also a Research Associate of Center on Japanese Economy and Business at Columbia University, Center for Corporate Performance at Aarhus School of Business, and Tokyo Center for Economic Research. He has held visiting professorships in Japan (Tokyo, Hitotsubashi, Keio, Osaka, Japan Institute of Labour), Korea (KDI School of Public Policy and Management), Australia (New South Wales), Denmark (Aarhus), and the U.S. (Stanford and Levy Institute). He is currently Series Editor of Advances in the Economic Analysis of Participatory and Labor-Managed Firms, and Co-Editor of the Journal of the Japanese and International Economies. He received his Ph.D. in economics from Queen’s University.

Jessica Arias

PhD Student Jessica Arias from Universidad Nacional de Colombia visits the department from 1 June to 26 November for a research project, as part of her PhD thesis. The aim of the project is to study the adoption process of a new renewable air conditioning technology in the Caribbean islands​, as well as the incentives and barriers to the adoption, from a simulation approach. Jessica is associated with the ICOA Center, and her local supervisor is Prof. Erik Larsen. 

Vera Kralova

Vera Kralova was a visiting PhD student from University of Economics in Prague from 1 September 2017 to 31 January 2018. The main goal of her research is to explore approaches to organisational structure change in relation to components of organisational design. Vera is associated with the Organisation, Strategy and Accounting section and the ICOA Center. Her local supervisor is Prof. Børge Obel.
