"Organizations in modern economics increasingly need to be digitized, adoptive, and collaborative. Such organizations place heavy emphasis on knowledge and talent management and enable their members to organize and manage themselves. This session will present a framework that includes the key components of self-organizing and self-managing."

Charles Snow Biography

Charles Snow is Professor Emeritus of Strategy and Organization of Pennsylvania State University. He is a founding member of Organizational Design Community and a former chief editor at the Journal of Organization Design. In recent years, he has been a visiting researcher at the Aarhus BSS. He and his wife live in Eugene, Oregon (USA)
