On 21 December 2018, Henrike Konzag successfully defended her PhD entitled: 'Use of Information Systems Across Tasks and Shifts: An Analysis of Two Hospital Emergency Units' (Supervisors Børge Obel and Andrea Carugati).

Henrike’s assessment committee consisted of Professor Rich Burton, Duke University, USA; Professor Margunn Aanestad, University of Oslo, Norway; and Associate Professor Bjarne Rerup Schlichter, AU (chair).
