Sarah Krøtel and Anders Villadsen’s paper ‘When Does Public Socialization Lead to Turnover? The Role of Organizational Privateness’ was already included in the conference’s best paper proceedings recognizing the 10 percent best papers.  At the conference the paper was further singled out among more than 200 initial submissions for the Charles H. Levine Best Conference Paper in the Public/Non-Profit division.

This award is an indication that the department conducts excellent research within the area of public sector management.
