Anna Holm's paper 'Institutional context and e-recruitment practices of Danish organizations' has been selected as one of three Highly Commended Papers of 2014 published in Employee Relations.

The paper was chosen 'as it is one of the most impressive pieces of work the team has seen throughout 2014' (Jim Bowden, Academic Relations Manager, Emerald Group Publishing Limited). 

From the 'Introduction' of the paper:

'Purpose – Up to now, there has been little research on the impact of the external environment on recruitment practices of organizations, and in part it lags behind practice. The purpose of this paper is to rectify this by studying recent changes in recruitment practices of Danish organizations and the adoption of e-recruitment from a macro organizational perspective.
