Our research is concerned with organisations, how they are (and should be) governed, managed and controlled.
Our research on organisations is broad based, covering themes such as organisational design and behaviour as well as the management of public and multinational organisations. Our research on strategy is in several ways related to our studies of organisations, for example when it comes to the role of managerial competencies or design of organisations in achieving strategic goals.
We also do research on areas such as business models, strategic foresight and international strategy. Our management accounting research focuses on the creation and use of valid accounting information and performance management.
