Heidi Houlberg Salomonsen has been appointed professor at Department of Management. Heidi's research focuses on executives, leadership dynamics, and organisational reputation, mostly in public sector organisations and often with a comparative focus. Heidi is a productive scholar with a substantial international network. She has multiple publications in top-rated journals and has attracted large research grants from funds like The Danish Council for Independent Research and Horizon 2020.
