Registration

The registration fee will entitle each participant to a copy of the Conference Proceedings, lunches, refreshments, the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner. Registration details are as follow, with 10 March 2014 representing the early registration deadline and 31 March 2014 and after representing the standard registration period:

• Early / standard registration fees for business, government and academic participants: €495 euros / €550 euros including VAT.
• Early and standard registration fees for certified full-time students: €275 euros / €325 euros including VAT.
• Early / standard registration fees for certified alumni of Cambridge University, Aarhus University or members of Organisational Design Community: €395 euros / €450 euros including VAT.

A Day for Business

• Registration fees for business, government and academic participants: €350 euros including VAT.
• Registration fees for certified alumni of Cambridge University, Aarhus University, members of Organisational Design Community and members of Centre for Leadership: €330 euros including VAT.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved in each of three hotel classes at discounted rates. Aarhus is a popular summer destination and participants are encouraged to book accommodation early. Booking of accommodation may be done through KongresKompagniet at:

Notes: Payment and Cancellation Fees: Payment is required upon registration (see registration form for payment options). The following cancellation charges apply:

• Less than 1 month prior to the event, 100% of fee retained.
• More than 1 month prior to the event, a €75 administration fee will be retained.
