A warm welcome back to Jonathan David Jensen who has been working with Tobias Kretschmer at LMU Munich for the last two years, after being awarded an Internationalisation Fellowship from the Carlsberg Foundation. 

Jonathan’s research and teaching examines fundamental questions in strategic organization design and digitalisation, asking how individuals, firms, and platforms can improve collaboration and decision-making under uncertainty. 

A central theme in his current research is how firms, freelancers, and online labor markets can improve collaboration in knowledge-intensive project work. He studies this question with a diverse methodological toolkit including surveys, large datasets, and experimental data.
