Lisa Faessler has arrived
We are thrilled to announce that Lisa Faessler will be spending the next two years at ICOA as a postdoctoral researcher.
Supported by a Swiss National Science Foundation fellowship, she collaborates with Dorthe Håkonsson and Erik Larsen to study how changing groups can preserve the commons. Her work bridges management science and evolutionary theory and circles around social learning, norm change, and organizational culture. She mixes lab experiments, evolutionary simulations, and econometrics to understand social learning processes at the individual level and cultural evolution dynamics at the aggregate level. She holds a PhD in Management and an MSc in Accounting from HEC Lausanne.
Outside academia, she enjoys long walks with her dogs, weightlifting, and the occasional challenge of writing about herself in the third person.
