During her highly successful one-week visit to Aarhus in November, Lisa Faessler, HEC Lausanne, gave a presentation in the ODA section titled Success-Biased Social Learning: Using Successful Leaders as Examples of How to Behave and How Not to Behave.

We can all look forward to engaging more with Lisa next year, as she will join the ICOA team as a PostDoc starting in the summer of 2025, funded by an SNSF Postdoc Mobility grant.
