On 25-26 October 2022, ODC (Organization Design Community) is hosting it’s first Idea Workshop, and Børge Obel and Dorthe Døjbak Håkonsson from ICOA are both serving as faculty members.

The workshop is intended for PhD students and junior research to receive feedback on their research ideas. So if you’re a junior researcher and would like feedback and discussion of your paper ideas, do consider submitting your 5-page proposal for consideration.
