Two Sandbox Presentations at ICOA

On Friday 23 October from 13:00 to 14:00, ICOA hosts the second session of its new, internal seminar series. This time with two Sandbox presentations by Børge Obel and Rahul Anand: 

Børge: "Leading without Fear: An information processing perspective on Leadership and Organizational Design"

Rahul: "Climate Strategy in the Multinational Enterprise: Extending the Eclectic Paradigm with Ownership and Location Disadvantages"

The series supports ICOA members in developing their work from idea to submission through two formats: the Crucible (which opened the series with Lisa Faessler’s presentation), is for near-final papers that benefit from a last round of critical feedback before submission. The Sandbox is for early-stage work, such as an interesting pattern in the data, or a project idea whose theoretical or methodological framing is still open.
