The workshop “Reimagining Entrepreneurship to Shape Desirable Futures” asked participants to think through ways to change entrepreneurship education in face of imperatives such as climate change, income inequality, and social unrest. It challenged attendees to develop entrepreneurship frameworks for a world of 2040, beyond extraction, hyper-consumption and growth as business-building principles.
In addition to the AU Chair, the session was co-led by Kathleen Randerson and Claire Champenois of Audencia Business School, France, and featured a panel of experts in entrepreneurship research, including Antje Bierwisch, the Unesco Chair in Futures Capability for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Universität Erfurt.
