MAPP-Konference: Markedsføring af wellness i fødevaresektoren

Sund spisning lyder for mange som noget med næringsstoftabeller, kedelig mad og løftede pegefingre. Men det er meget mere end det.

I de seneste år vi set en udvikling, hvor god mad ikke bare betyder, at maden skal smage godt — forbrugeren skal også have fornemmelsen af, at han/hun gør noget godt for sig selv. Trenden hedder wellness — inden for fødevarer.

The EU OATPRO project had the webinar 'Consumers as co-creators in engineering of protein enriched products' on 29 November 2016, focusing on consumers’ perception of the use of plant proteins with a special touch to oat proteins.

Nofima pre-announces eleven PhD positions for Edulia programme

Eleven PhDs from different countries will be recruited, working in research environments with internationally recognised expertise in areas such as sensory perception, consumer sciences and sensometrics, food choice and behaviour, feeding behaviour, social marketing, consumer socialisation, and cognitive psychology.
