When a crisis hits, something changes in leaders — often without them realising it. Professor Harry Garretsen will share insights from several studies on the behavior of leaders in times of crisis. This session explores what crises do to leaders psychologically and behaviourally, and how awareness of these patterns is the first step to leading more effectively when it counts.
