Transactive Memory and Team Performance
Linda is David M. Kirr and Barbara A. Kirr Professor of Organizational Behavior and Theory at Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University, where she also serves as Director of the Center of Organizational Learning, Innovation and Knowledge.
Linda served as Editor in Chief of Organization Science 2004-2010, and was nominated Fellow of the Academy of Management in 2013.
