The Center for Accounting  attended the 10^th EAA job market/talent workshop, an annual recruiting event held in Madrid during November 8-9, 2024. The hosting institution was IE University, Madrid.

The objective of the event is to build bridges between young talent and academic institutions. Institutions of higher learning witness increasing mobility of PhD students and faculty. This year 90 PhD candidates and 55 recruiters from European universities and Business Schools attended. During the event, institutions and candidates had the opportunity to meet both through public presentations of candidates’ job market papers and private interviews.
