The MAPP Centre at Department og Management is part of the FOODHAY consortium and the collaboration that it entails between the different research environments and disciplines. As part of the project, new research infrastructure for consumer perception and choice behaviour research worth DKK 2 million will be financed. Jessica Aschemann-Witzel is responsible for FOODHAY at MAPP/Department of Management. The investments are based on MAPP staff´s research plans for the coming years, and will be coordinated between Jessica Aschemann-Witzel, Klaus Grunert and Jacob Orquin, and in collaboration with the COBE Lab at Aarhus BSS. The FOODHAY project will allow exploring questions with a broader set and more advanced combination of methods than previously, contributing to the Danish interdisciplinary research from field to the fork that sets out to solve the challenges of the future.
