Generative assistants in Fintech

This project is focused on creating customized AI assistants for fintech applications. It prioritizes key design factors and industry-specific considerations.

A central component of this initiative is the Hybrid Intelligence Technology Acceptance Model (HI-TAM), which aims to revolutionize traditional AI adoption measures by including factors such as the willingness to train and co-develop AI solutions. The model has received significant attention from organizations like Danske Bank, indicating its potential for widespread impact across the industry.

The project places a strong emphasis on AI/Machine Learning implementation, Big Data, and Open Banking. Its goal is to identify use cases, determine value, and address challenges related to the adoption of generative AI technology. It also differentiates between generic AI solutions and custom-trained Large Language Models (LLMs), drawing on extensive experience gained through partnerships with companies such as Autodesk and Adobe.

The project consists of two phases: 'Process Innovation' and 'Product Innovation'. It includes workshops to upskill employees, mapping of workflows, development of prototypes, and interviews with stakeholders. These activities are designed to increase employee involvement in AI development and spur new product innovations in the fintech sector.
