My research explores how entrepreneurs address society's grand challenges through innovative solutions. Most recently, I study:
How social enterprises operationalize and implement the UN SDGs in their practices and strategies
The role of organizational hybridity in enabling beneficiaries' social identity work within social enterprises
The paradoxical effects of resource acquisition on enterprise development
In addition, I examine the impact of Generative AI tools on learning in higher education.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes experiential learning and the responsible integration of innovative technologies. I lead several courses that combine traditional entrepreneurship and innovation education with cutting-edge tools including Sustainable Entrepreneurship on the Master’s level and Digital Innovation, Business Model Innovation, and Qualitative Research Methods on the Executive level.
I integrate Generative AI tools across my courses to enhance learning outcomes while maintaining a critical perspective on their appropriate use and limitations.
