Research

The central theme of my research is to explore how the constitutive powers of communication in relation to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainability, and Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) from a multi-stakeholder perspective. I investigate how companies and their stakeholders negotiate the meanings of CSR and digital responsibility through dialogue processes. By shifting away from a company-centered perspective towards a multi-stakeholder perspective, my work contributes to a nuanced understanding of what constitutes CSR and digital responsibility. It also explores how roles and agendas are continuously negotiated in dialogue processes between companies and stakeholders. This knowledge is crucial for guiding companies and their stakeholders in their efforts to drive environmental, social, and digital change.
