Profile

Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship

Research

My work explores the career and organizational ramifications of market frictions originating in personal life. Essentially, I investigate how people align their work with their personal lives. I am predominantly interested in researching the careers of workers in scaling companies.

Teaching activities

I teach a master's elective course, People Strategy in Startups, which focuses on the people side of organizational scaling. Additionally, I teach a Ph.D.-level core course, Applied Quantitative Methods for Management Research, which covers causal methods for observational data analysis.

I also supervise bachelor and master's theses.

Collaborations

I have partnered with the social enterprise Comeback Camp (https://www.comeback.nu/) to integrate the employer's perspective into discussions about criminal records.

Currently, I am collaborating with the Danish Police to educate the public on the impact of criminal record checks on employees' careers.
