Kyosuke Tanaka is an Assistant Professor of Management. He received his Ph.D. from Northwestern University in the United States.
Kyosuke's research work focuses on understanding the nature and future of workplace relationships. His research work aims to address (1) the challenges of interactions and interdependence in hybrid work environments, and (2) the relational misperceptions that arise among colleagues, students, and teammates.
Kyosuke is also part of the DFF-funded project Patterns of Interaction: Emergence and Consequences (led by Professor Dorthe Døjbak Håkonsson and Professor Erik Reimer Larsen), which investigates how formal and informal structures shape the formation of realized interactions in Danish companies.
