Innovation Management 2026: Generative AI in Studies and Work
Generative AI is rapidly transforming both universities and workplaces. But how do we use it in meaningful ways? When does it truly enhance learning and performance – and when does it add complexity or pressure?
This year’s Innovation Management Alumni Event focuses on “Generative AI in studies and work” and brings together alumni, current Innovation Management students and lecturers for an afternoon of insightful talks, shared experiences, and networking. Participants will also have the opportunity to see and explore the new University City Campus.
The event is open to all cohorts of Innovation Management, including current 2nd and 4th semester students, as well as alumni from:
- MSc in Innovation Management
- MSc in Innovation Management and Business Development
- MSc in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship

- “Working with GenAI: When Does It Ease the Work, When Does It Overload Us?” by Franziska Günzel-Jensen, Associate Professor at Department of Management. Based on a paper published with Carsten Bergenholtz, Oana Vuculescu, and Lars Frederiksen on student performance and the use of Generative AI.
