President Trump and U.S. China-origin R&D Workers' Innovation

Abstract
How do political conflicts between nations affect the workplace performance of ethnic groups who have immigrated from the conflicting country? Despite frequent national conflicts in history, our understanding of how such conflicts impact the workplace performance of immigrant ethnic groups is limited. This study focuses on the U.S.-China conflict during the Trump administration and investigates its impact on the innovation performance of China-origin R&D workers in the U.S. The findings reveal a significant impact of the U.S.-China conflict on the innovation performance of Chinese-origin U.S. R&D workers.

Everyone is welcome!
