Harry Garretsen and Janka Stoker will concentrate on advancing research and education in leadership and sustainability, with the ambition to establish a new interdisciplinary research centre in this field. This centre aims to contribute to impactful knowledge creation that supports organisations and society in addressing sustainability challenges.

They both come from positions as managers of the highly recognised In the LEAD centre for leadership at the University of Groningen. They are researchers with a very strong research and publication record, they have served at numerous high level corporate and government advisory bodies, and also have a very strong teaching record.

We are delighted to welcome Harry and Janka to the department and look forward to their contributions to our academic community.
