At CHI, we have developed a no-code platform that enables the creation of customized chatbots using GPT API services from OpenAI, alongside a flexible architecture that also supports various models from other providers such as Gemini, Mistral, and Grok. This platform facilitates the development of tailored GPT chatbots that can be enhanced with actions to incorporate third-party API features. With their high customizability, these chatbots are perfectly suited for diverse applications including teaching, learning, tutoring, and research, making them invaluable in educational and research settings.

Key features of our platform include user authentication, document uploading capabilities, diverse actions, API authentication, Python runtimes (Streaming), OpenAI APIs (like RAG and Audio-to-X), persistent data storage, and the capability to update assistant memory within a chat session. These features address core application challenges faced by front-end GPT-applications, offering solutions such as:

  • Eliminating the need for users to have a ChatGPT account,
  • Enabling the creation and management of access to any number of custom GPTs,
  • Allowing the integration of custom combinations of GPT-powered and conventional coding for data manipulation and features,
  • Providing the capability to scrape websites,
  • Offering a log of user actions to support continuous application improvement.
