My research centers around communicatively grounded organizational phenomena like strategy practices and processes, organizational routines, emotions and intra- and interorganizational relationships.
Teaching activities
I am teaching courses within management and organisational communicaiton, sustainability processes in organizations and qualitative methods on BA, Master and PhD level.

I am the Head of the PhD programme in Management.
