In my research, I am interested in consumer behavior and psychology, with a particular focus on changes in attitudes and behaviour. I have investigated this in relation to sustainability, health and food, with a particular focus on children, young people and families. In recent years, I have focused more on social media marketing and researched the effect of fake online reviews and virtual influencers.
My teaching philosophy is based on dialogue and engagement with a focus on learning and reflection on the part of the recipients. I teach Marketing Management, Marketing Communication and Social Media Marketing, where I am also course responsible. In addition, I supervise bachelor projects, master projects, PhD sudents and internships.
