Research

I am a computer scientist in the area of machine learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

My research addresses the fundamentals of AI and intelligent agent systems through interdisciplinary collaborations with the humanities and law. NLP is an indispensable ability for an intelligent system, to which, e.g., findings from hermeneutics in the field of explanation, interpretation, or translation can contribute.
