IFMRS 2025 will take place in beautiful Athens, Greece, on the 17th-19th of June 2025.
This year IMFRS will be co-hosted by the American College of Greece at ALBA - Athens Lab of Business Administration. Athens is renowned for its rich historical heritage, being the cradle of Western civilization and democracy. In addition to its ancient landmarks, such as the Acropolis and Parthenon, the city is also known for its vibrant culture, world-class museums, and stunning views of the Aegean Sea. During your visit, you can explore the charming neighborhoods of Plaka and Monastiraki, or relax at one of the many beaches near Athens. With the lively summer atmosphere, the city offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and modernity. This year’s conference will be co-hosted by the American College of Greece (ACG - https://www.acg.edu/ ). The conference will take place at ALBA - Athens Lab of Business Administration (https://alba.acg.edu/ ).
The conference will open with a welcome reception on Tuesday, June 17th, in ACG’s Plaka building. It will then be followed by two full days of conference programming on Wednesday and Thursday, ending with a dinner on Thursday, June 19th.
On Friday, June 20th, there will be a post-conference event. More information on this will follow.
Session topics at the conference may include but are not limited to: Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Strategy, Agribusiness & Marketing, Pricing, Advertising/Promotion, Sustainability/Ethics, etc.
The final program will be sent out when the deadline for registration closes on 1 June.
The deadline for submission of abstracts will be 1 April. We accept extended abstracts and short abstracts. Extended abstracts have a limit of 2500 words. The abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings and compete for best paper awards. Short abstracts have a maximum of 500 words; if accepted, they will be included in the conference program but not in the proceedings, and they will not be considered for best paper awards. Graduate students are encouraged to submit their work. There will be a best paper award for the best conference paper and a special award for the best student paper.

Conference registration is DKK 5250 (approx. EUR 710). Registration includes conference participation, breaks, lunches, welcome reception, and closing dinner. It is possible to register an accompanying person for the opening reception and closing dinner at the price of DKK 450 (approx. EUR 60).
